Cooking at home allows us to be more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies. 

It’s also more enjoyable, saves you money and stimulates your brain while allowing you to be as creative as you want! 
 
I’m no expert but I appreciate you for allowing me to share my love for cooking with you! Let’s prepare a Sunday dinner your entire family will love.

  • We will also email you your ingredient shopping list for dinner, as well as a list of recommended utensils and kitchen appliances.
  • Classes begin promptly at 4pm every other Sunday.
